Return and Refund Policy

At Hopecore Aesthetics, every piece is created with careful attention to quality. If your order isn’t right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If the final day falls on a weekend or recognized holiday, the return window will extend to the next business day.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin a return, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Hopecore Aesthetics is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact page.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To order a different size, color, or product, return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided fulfillment has not started.

After the 15-minute cancellation window, orders cannot be cancelled or modified because processing may already be underway. Once delivered, eligible items may be returned according to this policy.

Final-Sale Items

Products clearly identified as Final Sale cannot be returned or cancelled. Regular promotional discounts do not automatically make an item final sale.

This restriction does not apply where a return or refund is required by applicable consumer law.
